All measurements are taken from the finished garment and are approximate. All measurements are in centimetres. Chest is the full measurement around. Shoulder is measured seam to seam across the back, so it reads wider than a set-in shoulder would.

How to measure

The quickest check is to lay a shirt you already own and like the fit of flat on a table, measure it, and compare it to the numbers above.

To measure yourself: chest, around the fullest part under the arms with the tape level. Length, from the highest point of the shoulder straight down. Sleeve, from the shoulder seam to the cuff.

These are garment measurements, so allow room over your own chest measurement. Between sizes? Take the smaller size — the cut is generous.
